Pellet Machine Prototype Display on Canton Fair 2019

One of our featured machine --- ZLSP 200C electric powered pellet machine is brought to for show and for sale here. It belongs to flat die pellet machine series, is small size among the pellet machine type. It can process various of raw materials including sawdust, shavings, bark, sanding powder, waste wood and branches generated in wood processing and wood-based board production; stalks produced from agro harvest; other kind of flammable biomass materials. Without adding adhesive, the raw materials like those are produced into biomass pellet fuel through the equipment. This series of pellet machine is with the features of small size, easy operation, low investment, very suitable for the new beginners to use at home, on farm.

This pellet length is adjusted by discretionarily adjusting the cutter height, totally meeting the European standard (European standard is that the pellet length is 1-5 times of its diameter). We can customize the special pelleting die with different hole diameter and compression ratio according to the different requirements from customers to obtain the higher pellet quality, making the pellets meet the local requirements in the pellet market.
