GC-DL Series Air Flow Pipe Dryer

GC-DL series of air flow pipe dryer adopts multigroup impulse pipe connection, which will dry the sawdust, rice husk, peanut shells and straws, etc all at once. The dryer takes homemade combustible gas as heating source, and the drying machine adopts negative pressure air draft of introduced draft fan to put the materials into the coiled pipe, making the high temperature of gas mix with materials totally and taking away the moisture in the materials, so as to reach the drying purpose.

Characteristics of Air Flow Pipe Dryer:

It adopts hot air jet self-sucking device, realizing automatic suction.
The hot air has a high flow velocity, the airflow and materials are mixed well, so the drying effect is very good.
The materials with 25% of moisture content can be dried at one time, and meet the briquetting machine requirement (about 10%).
This type of drying machine not only reduces the labor intensity of the workers, but also reduces the drying costs.
It adopts hot air drying system, with small power, lower energy consumption, fast drying speed.

Note: The dryer yield is decided by the moisture content of the materials.
