2009 KMEC (Henan Kingman Mechanical & Electrical Complete Plant Co.Ltd) was established. Its main business is to supply the turn-key solutions in producing biomass pellets and briquettes and feed pellets.
2014 ABC Machinery (Anyang Best Complete Machinery Engineering Co.Ltd ) came into existence, which owns two brands, GEMCO and KMEC.
